Coach Tillison offers personal training that will help you meet your fitness goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain or overall general fitness.  If you are looking to work out with a group, Coach Tillison has also designed his own challenging and fun fitness camp experience. This is intended for men and women of all fitness levels and allows individuals to progress at his or her own pace.

It achieves quick and noticeable results using a combination of intense cardiovascular and weight training. Coach Tillison is present at all times to instruct and provide motivation and support; his enthusiasm and humor are compelling and contagious. Fitness camps are addictive to participants because the goal is to achieve incremental progress and the emphasis is on each participant’s potential, not their limitations.

Fit Camps

Personal Training is available with 1 on 1 to small group sessions. Fit Camps are currently being held at 10308 Bailey Road, Unit 403, Cornelius, NC on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:45 – 6:45 AM and Saturdays @ 6:45-7:45 AM. Contact us for a free consultation.

Mark’s Training Philosophy

Mark has a passion for fitness and is an ACE certified (American Council on Exercise) fitness professional that has been in the fitness business for over 20+ years. No matter what the age, he enjoys helping to enrich and change lives through proper training and non-stop motivation.  Mark emphasizes correct, efficient movement that transfers over to sports, daily life, and addresses stability and strength. Mark is well versed in many modalities and enjoys being creative with whatever equipment is available. Most of all he makes working out fun, challenging and engaging. 

Mark  is a man of intense focus, desire, drive and energy.  He uses common sense philosophy to fitness training for all levels of fitness, from everyday clients, athletes to weekend warriors, as well as corporate clients.  Mark uses motivational techniques to help clients attain the highest level of fitness they are capable of achieving.
